Key Responsibilities

• Producing accurate and timely management reports, including P&L, sales, OPEX, and KPI analyses.
• Leading the execution of month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Leading the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements and collaborating with stakeholders for timely reporting.
• Coordinating financial audits and working closely with the Accounting Department during month-end closing activities.
• Managing department budgets and preparing cash flow statement presentations.
• Managing and coordinating internal and independent audit processes as well as other regulatory parties
• Conducting feasibility studies and business models for investments/projects and ensuring effective information flow for reporting processes.
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing support to external auditors, and assisting management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company, including preparing and revising monthly and annual budget reports.
• Actively engaging in other ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting and controlling.
• Independent audit experience at Big4 or 2nd tier audit firms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS, accounting and reporting standards.
• Fluent in English.
