The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute and where needed, lead the deployment of Financial Compliance relevant projects to facilitate seamless transition of activities including project management and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact on Financial Compliance matters to the regional affiliates and other stakeholders by providing clear escalation management and steering change management activities.
- Act as an advisor for responsible process area to the affiliates for Financial Compliance.
- Foster a strong network to the affiliates and to RSS Operations, by establishing stakeholder communities and representing regional requirements across sites and functions, including ensuring that regional requirements are collected and fed back to the global financial compliance design approach.
- Manage Financial Compliance Knowledge Management by collaborating with the sub product lines to capture, organize, train and disseminate key documentation, critical information and best practices (e.g SOP, DTP, training material etc)
- Execute and coordinate external communication strategies in collaboration with the internal sub-product lines to provide insights, updates and create awareness on Financial Compliance related topics
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Informatics or a related field with extensive professional experience in a relevant area of expertise (5+ years)
- Good understanding of business processes and related requirements (IFRS Accounting, ICFR, Authorizations, SAP FI/CO) with good methodological and project management experience and skills;
- Agile, customer-centric mindset combined with a high willingness to take ownership. Strong analytical and problem solving attitude;
- Strong collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skill set
