What’s the scope?
 

As our FP&A Analyst for the EMEA region, you will support the Brand Finance organization, and you will act as key business partner for the different Brand Departments (Merchandising & Sales) as well as Supporting Departments (Planning, Sales Operations, Credit & Supply Chain Finance)

You will be responsible for wholesale forecast, actual variance analysis and contribution monitoring and reporting for LEE and WRANGLER brand. Areas in scope will be revenue, standard margin, commissions, sales bonus & targets. For pricing, margin and standard cost you will closely work with Supply Chain Finance and Merchandising.

Your responsibilities:

Forecasting, Budgeting and Reporting:

• Monthly Forecasting of wholesale sales, std margin and commissions

• Monthly Actual vs Forecast variance reporting

• Country & customer contribution monitoring and reporting

• Overlook sales bonus target setting and challenge business

• Capture Risk & Opportunities vs forecast

• Strategic initiatives reporting / Ad hoc Business cases

• Prepare yearly Plan budget & assist in 3/5Year Plan process

• Drive process improvements and spot areas for efficiencies

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.

• A degree in Finance or equivalent;

• +2 years of experience in a relevant position;

• You have strong priority management skills and can cope with deadlines and evolving workload.

• You are accurate and have proficient communication skills.

• You have a proactive and hands on mindset

• You are a team player and act as a true business partner

• You are ambitious and quick learner

• You have good working knowledge of computer systems with emphasis on Excel

• Experience with SAP and Power BI (BW tool) is an asset.

• Fluent in English, spoken as well as written.
