Job Description
As a Financial Assistant you will be part of the Finance Department of Generix and you will use your skills to provide support to daily activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Archive and Organization of Department Documents;
- Client Management: Orders, Invoices, Billing, Charge Account;
- Supplier Management: Orders, Billing, Payments; Management and Treasury Control;
- Office organization;
- Cash Collection.
Qualifications
- Academic Background: Degree or Newly Graduation in Accounting, Finances or similar;
- Dynamism and autonomy;
- Organizational skills and accuracy;
- Good knowledge in Information Systems/E-commerce;
- Good analytical and client management skills;
- Advanced level in English;
