The Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization. Partnering closely with the CEO, CFO, Business MDs and their teams, this role adds value by influencing positive commercial outcomes through financial advice and analysis. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of providing strategic financial insights while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Provide high-quality business performance insight and analysis to the CEO, MDs, CFO, and their teams.

Supports data analytics by gathering and preparing data from multiple sources.

Applies analytical and statistical methods and software tools to analyse data and develop reports.

Assists in identifying trends, patterns and insights that inform business decisions.

Collaborates with team members to refine analysis techniques and maintain data quality.
-
Sources and prepares data for analysis and performs standard business intelligence analysis activities.

Checks the integrity and validity of data sources. Creates and delivers standard reports in accordance with stakeholder needs and conforming to agreed standards.

Investigates the need for new or revised business intelligence analysis.
-
Contributes to the recommendation of improvements. Engages with stakeholders under direction.

Uses visualisation products to design and create data visuals.
-
Selects appropriate visualisation techniques from the options available.
-
Engages with the target user to prototype and refine specified visualisations.
-
Assists in developing narratives around data sets to support understanding and decision-making.

Contribute towards formulating to deliver the annual budget, and quarterly forecasts which align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Maintain a detailed understanding of revenue forecasts, providing customer and product analysis, as well as ad hoc qualitative analysis on projects and other initiatives as required.

Prepare monthly executive reporting submissions, including variance commentary, key driver insights, forecast risks, and opportunities to influence short- and long-term strategic goals.

Participate in the month-end close process to ensure the quality of reporting is maintained through deep analysis.

Initiate actions required to enhance reporting quality and effectiveness.

Continue developing the monthly reporting suite by incorporating relevant analysis into the existing framework, synthesizing data across various sources and systems.

Monitor and assist with controls to govern and ensure the integrity of financial information.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement

Perform ad hoc duties as required to support Finance.
What you will bring: Qualifications and Certifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.

Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CIMA, or ACCA) is preferred but not required.
-
Experience working within a global organization with tight deadlines and high-pressure environments, is advantageous.
