El analista financiero es encargado de supervisar y analizar los costos de producción, incluyendo las variaciones y el rendimiento con respecto al presupuesto y las previsiones, así como brindar recomendaciones para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir costos.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Analizar las existencias y supervisar el estado de los inventarios, así como las iniciativas para la recuperación de activos.
- Elaborar y analizar presupuestos, previsiones e informes financieros de Flete, Manufactura, Bruto a Neto y SVC.
- Proporcionar análisis de ventas, costo de servicio (COS) y margen de costo de producción (PC) por segmento, producto, categoría, cliente y representante de ventas, y recomendaciones para la mejora del negocio en todos los segmentos, incluyendo precio, volumen, mix y proyectos de ventas específicos, según sea necesario.
- Mantener la base de datos, el cálculo y el seguimiento de descuentos y predescuentos para facilitar los pagos y el proceso de acumulación de descuentos de fin de mes.
- Optimización de precios: trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de procesos de negocio para garantizar el cumplimiento de las directrices de EHQ.
- Análisis de precios de venta para identificar oportunidades en segmentos, categorías y clientes donde podamos maximizar el precio.
- Apoyar y coordinar el proceso de Revisión de la Estrategia Empresarial (BSR) y el presupuesto del plan anual, en relación con las ventas y el margen, y la presentación de la revisión a HFM.
- Cumplir con las responsabilidades del cierre financiero de fin de mes, incluyendo la elaboración de informes financieros y el análisis de desviaciones.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Control de Gestión o afín
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar en un entorno industrial e internacional.
- Habilidades analíticas, razonamiento numérico preciso y buena comprensión de modelos financieros.
- Capacidad para establecer relaciones a todos los niveles, tanto internos como externos, para influir positivamente en los demás.
- Buen dominio de Excel y Power BI.
- Inglés profesional.
