Financial Analyst

Handles financial functions, including planning and analysis, management accounting and reporting, compliance activities, fixed asset management, and project support.
What will you be doing?
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, including analysis, review, and corporate reporting. Handles month-end closing activities, focusing on CO tasks, PPV, and manufacturing variances, while conducting financial reviews and preparing corporate reports. Oversees' inventory management, including standard cost setting, TP maintenance, WIP ageing monitoring, and E&O assessment. Handles fixed asset management, covering CapEx planning, AUC review, annual physical counts, and impairment assessments. Ensures compliance with internal controls and supports Group and Local GAAP audits. Additionally, contributes to projects such as factory simulation, cost savings initiatives, continuous improvements, and ad hoc reporting tasks.
What will you need to be successful?
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with CPA certification considered an advantage.
- Candidates should have at least eight years of financial accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in SAP is essential, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint.
- Key competencies include being self-driven with a strong execution focus and sense of urgency, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization, and proactive in taking initiatives and driving improvements. Adaptability is essential, as the role requires prioritising multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment while remaining flexible in day-to-day tasks.
