We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team in one of the following locations:
- White Plains, NY
- Dedham, MA
- Southborough, MA
This hybrid role offers a blend of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility while ensuring close collaboration with our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decision-making.
How You Will Contribute

Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statements forecasts, etc.) considering the company’s goals and financial standing.

Drive critical and complex analysis and reporting of key performance indicators with focus on driving revenue and operating income growth

Generate reporting and analysis of monthly financial month-end packages.

Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

Quickly respond to ad hoc queries from internal customers (senior/executive management).

Partner with data & analytics team in the development of new reporting needed to provide further insights into our business performance.

Assist with creation of PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership for internal purposes that bring the data to life through compelling visualizations.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a Finance or Accounting discipline required.

3+ years progressive work experience in financial analysis and budgeting.

Highly proficient in Excel modeling, PowerPoint, MS Word, and financial software applications.

Experience with Workday, and Power BI is a plus.

Ability to cleanse and analyze large datasets in order to find trends and draw conclusions.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
Preferred:

Experience with insurance or other financial services industry

Experience presenting to groups of peers or leadership

Experience working remotely with other stakeholders

Working knowledge of accounting principals and journal entries

80,000 - 100,000 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
