WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst position is responsible for providing accurate and data-based analysis and information about the company’s financial and operational results. The role will research and analyze financial information to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports, and monitor financial movements. The Financial Analyst will help provide supporting analysis for assignments. The position is almost exclusively internal to Finance and will not have responsibilities external to the department.

This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact Finance, with support to other departments requiring guidance from direct manager.

• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.

• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.

• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.

• Reconcile data by comparing and correcting financial and operational records.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration or equivalent job-related experience.

• 2-4 years related work experience in finance or accounting.

• Intermediate to expert Excel and Google Sheets skills.

• Experience with Oracle, Looker, or other financial software or reporting systems preferred.

• Knowledge of animal health industry preferred.

Pay range (US based applicants): $64,780 - $80,000 (annualized)

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
