Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing complete Books of Accounts
- Review and delivery of monthly reports like MIS, Fund requests and other reports etc.,
- Analysis of monthly spending against the budget and presenting reports to the management.
- Calculation of statutory remittances and Review of periodic statutory return filings.(GST, Income tax, Companies act, FEMA, STPI & Labour related laws)
- Review of Transfer Pricing related documents and Filings under Income tax Act.
- Liaise with external auditors in completion of various audits like, Statutory audit, Tax audit, GST audit etc.,
- Coordinating with the global team in providing various reports and fulfilling their requirements.
- Helping employees and clarifying their queries related to reimbursements, Taxes etc.,
- Creation and tracking of Project related budgets and reports.
- Managing vendor payments, Interaction with Vendors in finalizing the agreements (only Matters related to finance) and continuous coordination to clarify their queries.
- Review & processing of Payroll of the employees.
- Managing foreign inward and outward remittances.
- Coordinating with the Bank for Payments and clearance of inward remittances.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-3 year experience.
- Expertise Knowledge in Accounting Software like Tally ERP, QuickBooks and Zoho etc.,
- Expertise in Microsoft office and Google suite
- Experience in handling Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits.
- Prior Working Experience in Software company (Specifically in US based MNC)
