RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop financial models for new businesses, working closely with product managers and senior management.
  • Prepare monthly financial results packages for management, analyzing performance against plan and financial outlooks.
  • Establish relationships with key business contacts
  • Drive and manage ad hoc projects or analysis as necessary. This may include modeling and valuation, performing due diligence, creating business plans, and providing decision support to management for strategic initiatives, business expansion and potential acquisitions.
  • Analyze Historical revenue and expense trends vs key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of processes, streamline collection, use, and presentation of data.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA in accounting or finance or related field; CPA or MBA a plus but not required
  • 2 – 5 years of management reporting, financial analysis and/or accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Exceptional Excel and data skills required, including advanced Excel functionality and ability to synthesize larges data sets from different sources
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, such as Hyperion is required; SAP experience preferred
  • Experience partnering with business leadership and operational owners as a thought leader, informing business decision making with relevant data and perspective
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment on regular basis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be have strong attention to detail; be self-motivated, inquisitive and able to prioritize and execute multiple deliverables simultaneously
