As a Financial Analyst, you will support finance and accounting activities for the global SAP Implementation program. You will work with Program Management Office on critical items such as developing Authorizations for Capital Transactions (ACTs) on future project phases, month-end closing, and forecasting, with an important focus on the Asia-Pacific region. You will report directly to SAP Global Template Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and forecast capital spending for the SAP S4 program for all investments

  • Help with planning, preparation, and implementation of the annual budget process

  • Provide ad hoc analysis on project spend and work collaboratively across the project team, and corporate FP&A teams

  • Prepare monthly ACT entries and reconcile monthly activity

  • Coordinate intercompany recharges and invoices amongst multiple legal entities

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a finance related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.   

  • Proficiency in navigating and managing evolving priorities

  • Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase Reporting, Hyperion Planning, Oracle, and PowerBI is preferred.

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin language.

  • Collaborate with regional team members
