Our Financial Analyst (f/m/x) will own key financial processes be the principal support to the Finance Business Partner of the Aarau Manufacturing Site and helps our company and teams make the most of their finances.

What you will be doing?

  • Support the Finance Business Partner with monthly closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting in line with S+N reporting guidelines, including all relevant associated accounting tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)

  • Monitoring of variances between budget and actual results to support management actions

  • Prepare, present and discuss financial reports for business reviews to various stakeholders

  • Provide accurate and timely analysis and insights to drive plant financial performance

  • Continuously work on the development and implementation of a strong internal control system

  • Business improvement capabilities and project management can-do attitude

  • Provide leadership in reporting automation initiatives

What will you need to be successful?

  • Higher professional education degree or university degree in accounting / finance / business administration

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial / manufacturing / operational environment

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Business improvement capabilities and project management can- do attitude

  • Experience in SAP (FI/CO)

  • Advanced Excel & Power BI

  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with all levels of leadership and areas of a business

  • Proficiency in English and German (s&w)
