THE JOB:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the property-level budgeting process through ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Collaborating closely with both the Manager of FP&A and the Corporate FP&A team, you will have the unique opportunity to work on-site, engaging with various functional areas of the property. Your ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders at both property and corporate levels will be essential as you present your findings to senior executives.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Work closely with the Manager of Planning & Analysis to identify and capitalize on analytical opportunities within the property
- Support planning and budgeting activities, building a strong partnership with Corporate Finance
- Enhance financial management of the property by offering insights and recommendations on cash flow, cost allocation, and risk management
- Collaborate on data and analytics innovations
- Partner with Enterprise Analytics to aid the Property team in action planning based on insights, tracking progress, and achieving goals
- Prepare ad-hoc reports, analyze findings, and provide recommendations to senior members of the Planning and Analysis team
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree or educational equivalent
- One (1) year of previous experience in the finance field
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, database, and analytical and financial systems
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

- Strong ability to analyze and work with statistical data
- Ability to maintain an organized and successful operation by proactively identifying the need for change
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, project management and problem‐solving skills with excellent oral and written communication to effectively deal with internal and external contacts
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
