WEX is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, supporting the SaaS businesses of Growth Mobility and EV. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A. This role is flexible to work remotely from Portland, ME, Boston, MA, Washington D.C., and Dallas, TX.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Working as part of the Wex FP&A team, you will primarily be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the SVP of Growth Mobility and SVP of EV.

You will be able to work independently, with key stakeholders as necessary and navigate through a suite of finance applications to deliver quality and timely analysis and insights in a simple but effective way

Analyze and report on P&L actuals v budget variances, while also undertaking budgeting & forecasting

Support, influence and drive key strategic and operational decisions within Growth Mobility and EV functions

Help drive KPIs and own monthly reporting

Identify potential efficiencies and drive automation within FP&A team's reporting in collaboration with data team
Experience You’ll Bring
-
Education: Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience: 5 years of financial analysis experience

Advanced Financial Analysis skills including SaaS
-
Experience with automations tools such as Alteryx, UI Path, Tableau highly preferred

Proactive and able to work independently yet can also work in a team environment

Ability to work and achieve deadlines

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
