Our Advisory practice works with C-Suite customers to help them secure and prepare for a new technology deployment. Our services begin with Phase Zero activities to identify the need to transform, exploring technology possibilities based on our assessments, structuring business cases and commercial negotiations and mobilising projects to ensure they will be a complete success. It's a truly exciting, fast-paced and influential area to work in!
Our graduate roles combine focused training sessions plus on the job knowledge sharing during ongoing projects. Previous technology or consulting experience isn't necessary (we will fully train you in the skillset needed) - what we are looking for is drive, business acumen, a professional demeanour and first-class communication skills.
You will be based in UK, with a potential opportunity to travel to support our customers in EMEA, APAC and the US. The role would suit a graduate from a university with a Business, Organisation Development, Finance or Human Resource Management degree.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of the CloudRock Advisory practice with the creation of toolkits and specialist products (process heatmaps, best practice flows, maturity assessments, business case accelerators and data assessments)
- Participate in (and eventually lead) introduction calls, scoping calls, vendor demonstrations, governance stage-gates and customer success check-ins.
- Assist with the development of client pitches and RFP responses, helping prospects understand who we are, what we do and the value we can deliver.
- Work with both clients and technology vendors in the creation of RFP requirements and arranging technology demonstrations.
- Help to create comprehensive and accurate business cases.
- Undertake specific project roles as needed, be this as a project manager, subject matter expert, vendor liaison or other exciting capacities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Masters in Business Management, Organisational Development, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2:1 degree classification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, skills
- Decisive and analytical, with close attention to detail
- Creative and innovative, happy to work with new technologies
- Fluent English speaking and excellent communication skills essential.
- Good knowledge of MS Office [Excel, PowerPoint, Word]
