Who You Are
Bankers Healthcare Group’s office in Syracuse, NY is looking for a self‐driven, autonomous and ambitious individual with the ability and willingness to learn Bankers Healthcare Group’s financial product/services. You will experience working in a high‐energy environment while continuing to gain extensive knowledge of the financial industry.
What You'll Do:
- Print and package a high volume of funding checks daily.
- Deposit high volume of checks daily.
- Scanning through invoices and accounting documents to the correct accounting teams.
- Pulling of statements for partnering banks each month.
- Sort and organize through accounting mail.
- Assisting with opening of accounts for new banking partners when needed.
- Providing general support to all accounting teams.
What You'll Need:
- MUST BE ABLE to work in our office in Syracuse.
- Associates Degree in Accounting/Business, or equivalent work experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills especially Excel
- Be able to meet deadlines without issue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with high-level employees
- Proven work ethic (experience in related field a plus)
- Willingness to work both independently and in a group setting
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills a must
- Highest ethical standards
