The finance transformation and Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the terminals are following the finance blueprint and to facilitate organizational change. Our aim is to reach the Blueprint with minimal exceptions and that the changes are done with care in a structured and professional. This role is a partner to the terminal and especially the Terminal Head of Finance and provides guidance and support. A key part of the role is to manage the project and all project participants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Transitions:

Collaborate with the APMT Head of Finance Transformation to design and deploy the Finance Transitions/Projects roadmap.

Ensure that we are compliant with the Finance Blueprint on already transitioned terminals and for new terminals that we transition with minimal exceptions.

Create and maintain the Business Case.

Manage end-to-end transitions/projects for designated regions, terminals, verticals, and GSCs.

Adhere to the program budget (SG&A cost) to realize overall business benefits.

Develop comprehensive plans and documents that outline project details, adjusting schedules and targets as needed. This includes expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to track project progress and align on any changes to project scope.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Identify, escalate, manage, and mitigate project-specific risks. Report and escalate to management as necessary.

Perform quality control throughout development.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Prepare the Service Level Agreement.

Track and follow up after transition that no changes have been made those conflicts with the signed off scope.
Change Management:

Developing and implementing plans to manage change.

Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities including communication and training.

Coaching and mentoring terminals through the change process

Monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees/processes

Providing expert advice on handling a change in an organization

Communicating change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in

Evaluating the success of change management initiatives
Other projects:
Support the APMT transformation roadmap by supporting or leading projects as per need.
