Job title – Finance Transformation Analyst
Job Summary:
Join our Finance Transformation team to develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and macros. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, propose innovative ideas, and deliver complex projects. This role requires a strong background in automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and macros.
• Develop solutions using other programming languages when Power Automate, or macros are not suitable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance our automation capabilities.
• Ensure the successful delivery of complex projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Continuously monitor and optimize existing automation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document development processes, algorithm changes, and testing results for knowledge sharing and future reference
• Stay up to date with RPA trends in the market.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
• Proven experience in developing automation solutions using Power Automate and macros.
• Proficiency in other programming languages such as Python, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience in the automation domain

Shift Time - Monday to Friday (11:00 am to 8:00 pm IST)
