We are looking for a Financial Transformation Analyst with knowledge of accounting principles and a talent for leveraging data to drive impactful decisions. Your mission will be to act as a bridge between our team (Financial Transformation) and the Finance teams (with a focus on accounting), ensuring quality and efficiency in financial processes. You'll work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize business processes, and foster a data-driven culture.
You will also be responsible for:
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams;
- Create and validate the hypothesis;
- Perform exploratory analysis to find answers;
- Adapt fast when priorities or situations change;
- Analyze and interpret financial and business data to uncover trends and drive improvements.
Main requirements for this position:
- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and concepts;
- Minimal knowledge of Databases for executing SQL queries or any data tools to extract and manipulate data for business analysis;
- Communication (it would be great English advanced);
- Team player mindset, but also have autonomy;
- Attentive to details.

- Knowledge about payment business model;
- Familiarity with low code tools such as Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, etc;
- Track record using analytical skills and problem solving skills to influence teams;
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-taught profile, positive and curious attitude, excellent sense of organization.
