Job Description
The Finance Systems Analyst role consults and leads functional teams in the development of business requirements; functional and process designs; as well as testing, configuring, training and support procedures. The Analyst will also have responsibility for building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Workday Core Financials and Adaptive Planning. As a technical expert, this role is critical to the successful adoption of Workday and Adaptive Planning at AIR Communities.
Where You Will Work
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support operations.
What You Will Do
- Support the Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning application across all modules including: Core Financials, Revenue Management, Accounting Center, Financial Planning, Prism Analytics, Projects, Expenses, Procurement and Extend.
- Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and use techniques that tell the story behind the data.
- Execute data and report validations to support ongoing audit and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain a high level of interaction with business stakeholders to continually enhance/improve all aspects of the Workday Success Plan.
- Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports and dashboards within Workday Report Writer for all current (and future) Finance/Accounting modules. Apply critical thinking and assessment skills to analyze problems and data as part of the development of corrective actions and recommendations.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position, creating, analyzing and implementing requirements & reports in ERP
- Previous WORKDAY experience, preferred
- Skills in Workday Finance modules, Adaptive Planning especially EIBs, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Office 365
- Prior experience with reporting and analytical tools like Tableau, Crystal, Power BI or Cognos, is a plus
- Workday Report Writer, Financials and/or Adaptive certifications, preferred
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Required competencies include attention to detail, demonstrated ability to multi- task and balance multiple projects, comfort with analyzing large amounts of data, problem solving ability and the ability to operate in a fast-paced and highly confidential setting with minimal supervision

What We Offer
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:
- Expected pay range of $85,000 - $100,000 base salary plus 10% annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
