The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the whole financial operations of Istituto Marangoni Riyadh ensuring compliance with both KSA regulations and Group, and supporting the School & Education Director with financial planning and analysis.
This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily financial activities while implementing best practices for a start-up and fast-growing organization.
The Finance Supervisor will be in charge of managing the department and ensure the School and Group financial results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Analysis

Conduct financial analysis on revenue, direct costs, and operational expenses to ensure financial health.

Monitor cash collection and cash flow forecasts, providing proactive recommendations.

Support in identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and financial efficiency.

Provide financial insights and reporting to the management team for informed decision-making.

Assist in defining and resolving financial challenges specific to a start-up environment.
2. Financial Reporting and Compliance

Oversee and validate accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with Saudi financial regulations.

Ensure adherence to IFRS standards and internal financial policies.

Supervise the work of external accountants and auditors, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Guarantee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports.

Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documents.

Oversee bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
3. Budget and Forecasting

Prepare monthly and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and Group standards.

Conduct variance analysis to track financial performance against forecasts.

Guarantee cost control initiatives and resource allocation.

Provide recommendations to enhance financial planning strategies based on data-driven insights.
Education & Professional Skills

Experience: from 3+ to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a start-up or fast-paced environment.

Language Skills: Arabic Native. Proficiency in English.

Nationality: Saudi nationality is a plus.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

ICT Tools: Office Suite proficiency.

Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
