About the team + role
We are seeking a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst to partner closely with Robinhood’s Crypto product team. The Crypto team is pioneering the next generation of innovative crypto products across the US, EU, and other regions. In this role, you will help establish a robust financial foundation for our crypto products, lead strategic initiatives to drive product growth and expand reach, and enhance the global customer experience in crypto.
This role requires someone that has strong experience in financial modeling, strategic thinking, cost management, budgeting/forecasting experience, coupled with a strong track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. You will play a critical role establishing and tracking metrics and keeping leadership informed of key trends, making a tangible impact on the company’s success. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience influencing business leaders and supporting decision-making in fast-paced, dynamic environments. With regular interaction with senior leadership at Robinhood, this role demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey insights and drive strategic alignment.
It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations. What you’ll do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range financial planning efforts to support the Crypto team’s org-level OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Analyze and forecast the financial impact of Crypto marketing incentives and promotions, collaborating with Marketing partners regularly to ensure alignment with business targets and ROI expectations.
- Partner closely with the crypto accounting and operations team to ensure P&L accuracy monthly and streamline cost center management to enhance the overall budget management process for the Crypto team.
- Synthesize and present key financial insights for senior leadership by analyzing results, identifying metrics, uncovering efficiency opportunities, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities, deliver actionable recommendations, and align product strategies to influence critical business decisions.
- Execute on business case modeling and ad-hoc projects to ensure a high level of data fidelity to support reliable forecasting; Build and maintain complex financial models to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights on Crypto product strategies.
- Be a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support the next wave of Robinhood’s growth.
What you bring
- B.A. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years professional work experience in finance & strategy roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and including 2+ year(s) supporting business partners
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite products
- Excellent analytical financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Superb product and business sense, and concise communication skills
- A strong sense of urgency, speed and high standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
- Experience in consumer fintech products is a plus but is not required

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
