What you’ll do… 

  • Issuing invoices and credit memos to the customers.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting team on month-end closing tasks and ensure all invoicing data is accurate.
  • Work cross-departmentally in resolving customer invoice queries and disputes.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the management.
  • Work with the finance team to implement new tools or systems that automate invoicing and improve reporting capabilities.
  • Support the finance team with internal or external audits 

What we’re looking for…

  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Finance Operations or Data Analytics
  • Proven experience in a comparable role (preferably which included invoicing clients)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines related to invoicing
  • Excellent oral, and written communication skills
  • Excellent English 
  • Proficient use of excel 
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferable
