A Finance Operations Manager is responsible for managing the financial health of an organization in order to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices.
As a Finance Operations Manager within Aumni, a subsidiary of JP Morgan, you will play a crucial role in reinventing traditional portfolio management and private capital investment operations. You will have the chance to excel in the digital private markets and join our expanding community of venture capital professionals. Your responsibilities will be central in guaranteeing high-quality financial data and information, pinpointing areas for process enhancement, and fostering collaboration across support functions. This role offers a thrilling opportunity to contribute to our mission and significantly influence our business.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily P&L reporting and month end close processes.
  • Perform analytical reviews to ensure quality financial data and information.
  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies for Legal Entity Control (LEC) team.
  • Review regulatory and tax filing for accuracy and ensure timely submission.
  • Drive coordination across front & back support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare reports on account reconciliations and account summary for internal checks and audits.
  • Prepare and maintain daily cash flow and forecast report to ensure sufficiency of funds for daily operations.
  • Support in external annual audit and provide fieldwork needs requested by external auditors.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Experience doing P&L and month end close process.
  • At least three years' experience in related position.
  • Strong orientation towards internal control.
  • Familiarity with tax and local regulatory regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Good analytical skills and can work with very limited supervision and has the initiative to manage a process or a project.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus.
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft applications
  • Advanced knowledge in Google sheets and relevant Excel or sheets formulas.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Accounting graduate and/or Certified Public Accountant.
