Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial health and ensure sustainable growth. The Finance Manager will report to the Group Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general ledger, including reconciliation of accounts and compliance with accounting standards
  • Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital management.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • 5-10 years finance experience in a finance management or financial controller role.
  • History of working in companies with international operations and/or in the finance or technology industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Experience working with accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Xero, Autocount)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
