We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and optimize financial operations for our manufacturing plant in Legnago, Italy. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in evaluating financial accounting statements, ensuring compliance with Italian regulatory requirements and corporate policies, and implementing strategies to improve operational costs. This position requires a combination of technical financial expertise, leadership, and effective communication skills.
About the Job:

Create and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Lead reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting policies

Plan and implement internal controls to maintain a robust financial environment

Support audits and prepare financial justifications for capital projects

Evaluate internal procedures to enhance reporting and data analysis

Identify cost trends, propose solutions, and ensure operations align with plans
-
Prepare monthly internal financial reports for presentation to senior management
-
Train and mentor the accounting team to support their professional development and career advancement

Ensure compliance with statutory general ledger and tax laws
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

5–7 years of financial management experience, ideally within a manufacturing company

Industry experience in Engineering, Automotive, Mechanical, or Industrial sectors

Extensive understanding of local and federal tax laws
-
Relevant certifications, such as CPA or ACCA would be beneficial
-
Strong financial and business acumen, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
-
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Advanced spreadsheet and database software skills

In-depth knowledge of local and federal tax laws

Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Managerial experience, with a demonstrated ability to train and develop teams

Leadership experience with excellent interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
