TITLE:           Finance Manager (Reference Code: AI0719)

DUTIES:        

Partner with Sr. Leadership of the Distribution departments to develop strategic and tactical business plans. Provide timely and accurate financial information and business performance analysis to assist the Operations Group in making informed-decisions. Define measures to evaluate how the Operations Group is performing against its strategic and tactical business plans. Responsible for the accounting function related to the groups supported. Lead in planning and coordination of the budget and strategic planning processes for all Distribution centers globally. Present results to executive operations and finance management. Lead budgeting process and monthly forecast for distribution centers. Responsible for all aspects of the monthly close process related to the Distribution centers, including intercompany charges for shared distribution centers. Work with logistics and trade compliance group to establish annual freight and duty standards. Establish standard cost per unit for distribution, embroidery, and value added services. Report and analyze on variances to business plan and forecast. Hold monthly financial business review with key stake holders. Manage integration of multi brand distribution centers. Monitor Cycle Counts and corrective action. Prepare financial analysis of major programs and capital projects. Assist in the preparation and review of Capital Funding Requests. Build ROI on capital investment while obtaining buy in and commitment from the business partners. Understand cost structure from a business view by analyzing cost trends, labor and non-labor cost scaling, and creating comparison metrics to validate cost assumptions. Effectively communicate Continuous Improvement strategy, plans, and results with business leaders and have the ability to implement project decisions. Coordinate and assist with process improvement projects and initiatives using the Lean Six Sigma methodology to create standardized processes, templates, and tools to simplify and support corporate consolidation and reporting work flows. Supervise one (1) direct report holding the title of Finance Analyst. Up to 10% domestic travel required.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field plus 2 years of finance experience with emphasis in production/operations analysis and reporting.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• 2 years of experience of operational flow within a manufacturing and distribution environment specifically related to golf equipment industry and apparel industry.

• 2 years of experience using ERP system to pull data and complete financial analysis from the supply chain, finance, and accounting modules, specifically using SAP ECC, SAP S4, business objects, and SAP EWM.

Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time”. Required expertise/knowledge includes:

• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting process for plus $100M operations budget with multiple locations around the world.

• Experience in using SAP SAC as the planning system with the ability to create “stories”.

• Experience analyzing data and detecting high-level inconsistencies, patterns, and or trends using advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI.

• Experience identifying leading performance indicators that can pinpoint management focus to improve profitability and/or efficiency. 

• Experience in creating executive level presentation in Microsoft Power Point and experience in presenting this financial and operational data to executive management.

• Experience in developing operational and financial key performance indicators specifically related to fulfillment and embellishment operations in the golf industry and apparel industry. 

• Experience in developing cost allocations and intercompany charges for fulfillment and embellishment centers that support multiple entities. 

OTHER:         40 hours/week;  Salary range: $93,704 per year – $142,200 per year.  If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S.  EOE.
