PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a talented Financial Manager to lead our finance team in the Gauteng South region, to be based in the Johannesburg office.
The Responsibilities

Fiscal responsibility for the Gauteng South Region
-
Transactional data processing including timesheets, expense claims and invoices
-
Regional budgeting and cost control within prescribed authorisation limits
-
Cashflow management
-
Lockup management in respect of WIP and AR
-
Regional financial reporting on a monthly basis
-
Procurement management of all new suppliers and maintenance of existing suppliers
-
Project Administration and Management
-
Project setups from inception to close out
-
Project cost management
-
Project billings and collections
-
Project profitability reporting and analysis
-
Asset and insurance management
-
Sustainability management
-
Supervision and Management of all Regional finance staff
-
Staff welfare and re-assignment of duties in line with regional requirements
-
Training and development of staff including annual performance reviews
-
Workplace agility in respect of problem solving and reduction of inefficiencies
Recommended Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
-
3-year financial diploma or Degree equivalent
-
Completed Articles
-
5+ years of technical finance and proven management experience
-
Experience with the BST and/or SAP software package (or similar), is preferable
-
Proven knowledge of financial analysis
-
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to problem solve and work within tight deadlines and under pressure
