We’re looking for a Finance Manager (Accountant) (f/m/d) to optimize liquidity processes and ensure seamless financial operations. You'll work alongside top professionals from fintechs, banks, and consultancies in a team that thrives on automation and process improvement—so we focus on what truly matters! 

Your responsibilities 

  • Group Financial Statements & Intercompany Transactions – Prepare consolidated financial statements, including cash flow statements using Lucanet, while managing intercompany bookings and cross-charges.

  • Transfer Pricing & Compliance – Oversee transfer pricing processes, including contracts, documentation, and implementation to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Liquidity & Cash Flow Management – Monitor and optimize group liquidity, including reporting, checks, and bookings to ensure financial stability.

  • Accounts Payable Oversight – Manage process flows, reconciliations, and bookings to streamline the accounts payable function.

  • Process Optimization & Audit Support – Drive process improvements and automation while supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

About you 

  • Proven expertise in liquidity management & group consolidation under HGB – including liquidity reporting, bank bookings, accounts payable oversight, cash flow preparation, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing.

  • Expert user of Datev, with hands-on experience in financial processes and reporting.

  • Fluency in both German and English (both C1).

Your structured approach enables you to manage complex intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting with precision, while your adaptability ensures you can handle new challenges hands-on.

  • Proactive Process Manager – You take ownership of tasks, diving deep into the details rather than delegating. Whether it’s resolving posting errors, optimizing liquidity management, or supporting audits, you work independently to find solutions.

  • Regulatory & Compliance Expert – You ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices, including transfer pricing documentation, tax policies, and audit requirements, mitigating risks and upholding the Group’s financial integrity.

  • Reliable & Impact-Driven Collaborator – You go beyond gathering information—you ask the right questions, challenge the status quo, and push for improvements. You excel in cross-functional teamwork, using clear communication and coordination to manage intercompany bookings, oversee accounts payable, and support audits seamlessly.
