Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and presents monthly financial analysis and reports to Senior Leadership.
- Generates monthly forecast, annual plan, and long range plan to share with Business Leads and partners.
- Analyze manufacturer and product trends to provide internal guidance on margin initiatives and to generate forecasts of enterprise value.
- Track progress towards initiatives for Pricing and Sales team business partners.
- Interacts and partners with business segments teams to gather and compile data needed to conduct analyses, identify trends and/or address senior management requests.
- Creates and presents training documentation for new associates and the broader Finance group as required.
- Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in higher education program with adequate academic standing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Consultative mindset - being able to translate data in meaningful insights and provide a point of view
