Key Responsibilities

Preparing journals to record expenses in accounting ledgers

Matching expense submissions against the receipts

Verifying employee expenses, claims and bank payments for processing reimbursement
-
Recording payments of expenses in sub-ledgers and claim payments on underwriting system

Generating journal vouchers and get these approved by seniors
-
Maintaining petty cash balance

Preparing bank reconciliations
-
Assisting in preparation of budget vs actual analysis
-
Reporting discrepancies and mistakes to seniors
-
Assisting in other ad-hoc projects

Graduate and have basic knowledge of accounting. No prior work experience is required
