Program Overview
- Commence February 2026 with other Graduates in your cohort
- Two-year program with cross-functional business exposure
- Structured rotations through our finance function, including finance operations, commercial, shared services, fixed assets, reporting and budgeting, tax and treasury.
- Develop networks and friendships through graduate sponsored activities
- Coaching, mentoring and professional skill development
- On the job training and education - apply your tertiary studies to real life experience
About You
- Recent graduate (0-3 years) or expected to graduate in 2025
- University qualification in Business (Finance Major) or Commerce
- Strong communicator, customer service focus and team player!
- Exceptional problem solving and organisational skills.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process follows a staged approach:
Round One – Video Interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a video interview with our talent acquisition team.
Round Two – Engagement Centre & Interview
Successful candidates will participate in an engagement centre and a formal interview.
Finalists will have the opportunity to connect with other graduates and program sponsors in May 2025.
