What You'll Bring to them
- Accounting Systems: Maintain and ensure the integrity of the accounting systems, ensuring they remain effective and operational.
- Equity & Investments: Oversee equity management, including ESOP tracking, and support with investment decisions and capital allocation strategies.
- P&L and Trial Balance Management: Lead trial balance preparation and P&L management, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and strategic insights.
- Financial Reporting: Track key business ratios, manage working capital, and generate monthly reports on the company's financial health.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct vendor and customer account reconciliations, ensuring financial clarity and accuracy.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Co-ordinate and prepare both operating and CAPEX budgets, issuing weekly provision forecasts for better decision-making.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with statutory authority requirements and manage internal/external audits.
- Qualifications: CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification with 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in P&L management and investment oversight.
