The Position

About the Role
Are you ready to shape financial strategies that make a meaningful impact? Join our finance team in Denmark as a Finance Enterprise Partner and play a critical role in driving value across operations. As part of this position, you will dedicate approximately one-third of your time to customer value stream partnering, focusing on identifying and delivering value-driven sustainable supply chain solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support business teams' strategic decision-making by using market data and financial analytics to generate actionable insights and align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a critical thought partner to business teams in shaping the long-term direction.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support the affiliate with financial guidance on business development opportunities.
  • Lead efforts to allocate resources effectively to maximize value for patients, partners, and the organization.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Champion financial initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive innovative solutions.
  • Provide financial analysis, planning, and management expertise to support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. 
  • Translate changes in the healthcare landscape into actionable opportunities for the organization.
  • Co-develop sustainable supply chain solutions tailored to customer and patient needs by understanding new technologies and market trends & regulations.
  • Utilize supply chain analytics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Use predictive analytics to oversee short-term forecasting and prepare for significant market events.
  • Manage operational costs, enhance supply chain processes, and ensure product availability in the market in collaboration with the Customer Logistics Manager.
  • Actively engage in the network and collaborate with other markets to drive innovative solutions in finance & supply chain.

Who You Are

  • You are a senior Finance professional experienced in Supply Chain area and preferably with experience in Healthcare industry.
  • You are strategic and have financial acumen with the ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and insights to partner with commercial teams.
  • You have advanced proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, Excel, and other analytics tools.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • You are able to manage complex projects and prioritize resources effectively and quickly.
  • You bring innovative mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and implementing solutions.
  • You are fluent in Danish & English.
