Ideaware is looking for an experienced and visionary Financial Director to join our team at a leading technology sector company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, managing and planning the organization’s financial resources, ensuring that economic decisions are aligned with our vision, goals and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage and plan the organization’s financial resources.
- Ensure that economic decisions are aligned with the company’s vision, goals and strategic objectives.
- Guarantee the long-term sustainability of the company.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze and adjust the financial strategy to ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are being met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in finance/administration.
- More than 6 years of experience in similar positions.
- English language proficiency level B2.
