We are looking for a Finance Business Partner with strong financial modeling skills, exceptional data analysis capabilities, and expertise in Excel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading projects, implementing financial tools, and driving automation. You will play a key role in optimizing financial processes, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial transparency across the organization.

Your main tasks will include:

• Acting as a strategic finance partner to key business units, providing financial insights and recommendations
• Leading financial projects, from process improvements to new system implementations
• Developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Optimizing and automating financial reporting using advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Driving data-driven decision-making by analyzing key financial and operational metrics
• Supporting P&L management, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability
• Implementing and enhancing financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite and Abacum
• Conducting variance analysis, monitoring KPIs, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management
• Ensuring financial compliance and contributing to process improvements across the organization

You are right with us if you have:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a finance business partnering, FP&A, or financial analysis role
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Strong financial modeling experience, with the ability to build robust models from scratch
• Experience leading financial projects and implementing new tools
• Affinity for financial tools and systems, with hands-on experience in NetSuite and Abacum
• Strong data analysis skills – ability to work with large datasets and drive insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
