Join us to leverage your financial and strategic insights to ensure growth for GN’s gaming division SteelSeries. We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to significantly contribute to SteelSeries' growth journey. 

The team you will be part of

As our new Finance Business Partner, you will be the primary finance representative providing financial insights and strategic support to the leadership team. This position requires a resourceful Finance Business Partner who can balance practical financial analysis with strategic discussions, all while contributing to an exciting and vibrant work environment.

This role does not involve direct people management, but instead focuses on business partnership, financial analysis, and strategic support.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • handle financial reporting, planning processes, budgeting, and long-term initiatives
  • build and maintain financial tools and processes to enhance transparency and governance
  • provide insights and recommendations to support business performance
  • act as a trusted finance partner for the leadership team ensuring collaboration and efficient ways of working
  • conduct profitability analyses and evaluate business opportunities including ownership of the channel P&L and balance sheet, and oversee financial controlling during the month-close process

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • exhibit keen problem-solving skills and collaborate and communicate well
  • leverage your problem-solving skills and ability to evolve
  • hold a Master's degree in finance or a related field and bring some years of relevant experience
  • are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI and knowledge of SAP and OneStream would be beneficial
  • showcase advanced financial abilities and strategic insights
  • can work on your own and build connections with your stakeholders effectively and not afraid of challenging them
  • are resilient and thrive in an environment with many changes and setbacks 

Your journey with us could be that you in your first month will become familiar with our performance review cycle, meet the team, and get acquainted with our systems and processes.

By the third month, you will be involved in profitability analysis and support efforts to enhance topline and margin development.

As you progress to the ninth month, you will have the opportunity to manage P&L targets, participate in the budget process, and contribute to improving financial transparency and processes in the region.
