What professional requirements should you prove?
- At least 4-5 years of experience in finance, cost controlling, reporting and budgeting;
- Strong blend of soft skills: presentation, relationship building, stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution;
- Good PC knowledge (medium-advanced Excel) and very good English skills (in writing and speaking);
- University degree in Economics;
- Good understanding of insurance business activities/ processes is a strong plus;
- Finance Business Partner experience is a plus;
- Experience in Solvency II and IFRS 17 would also be a plus.

What are the main job responsibilities?
- Actively participate in the preparation process of the mid and long-term plans, budgets and forecasts in the assigned departments;
- Prepare business cases and assess the implementation of the project based on financial performance;
- Interpret data and assess its value, present the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way;
- Initiate change to ensure key operational, business and financial targets are delivered;
- Drive efficiency and cost savings wherever possible by promoting an adequate behavior, constantly challenging the status quo and proposing alternative solutions;
- Understand business needs or priorities and search for solutions to improve/ sustain business results with focus on management recommendations;
- Ensure timely, accurate and insightful management reporting towards Head Office and local management for the assigned reporting tasks.
