Our client, a fast-paced and dynamic financial services team located just outside of Boston, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join their growing team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced advisors in a collaborative and high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Team Operations: Provide backup support to the planning analyst and assist with portfolio illustrations and casework for key advisors.
- Insurance Operations: Oversee and assist with insurance-related processes, such as managing billing accounts, handling outside insurance applications, and serving as a backup for the existing insurance team.
- Case Preparation: Assist with case prep for advisors to ensure client meetings are seamless and efficient.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services or insurance.
- Life & Health Licenses (required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bonus: Experience with Northwestern Mutual is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $80,000 - $85,000.
- Performance-based bonus (10% based on KPIs).
- Company performance bonus offered as well.
