Hello👋I am Robert, Finance and Legal Lead at Kayzen, and I am looking for a Finance Associate  to join our global team 🙌

In this role, you will support our Finance Manager in financial controlling, reporting, and planning. Your focus will be on ensuring accurate financial monitoring, optimizing reporting processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making at Kayzen!

The Team

You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, marketing, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar mobile ad-tech industry. Sounds interesting, doesn’t it? 🙂

Responsibilities

Investor & Management Reporting

• Assist in preparing investor reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with requirements.
• Support the development and improvement of data-driven management reports.
• Maintain financial dashboards and KPIs to track company performance.

Financial Controlling & Analysis

• Support financial performance monitoring, variance analysis, and budget tracking.
• Assist in cost control and profitability analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Help prepare financial forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.

Financial Planning & Treasury Support

• Assist in cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
• Support budgeting and strategic financial modeling processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• You have recently completed your studies and have up to two years of experience in finance, controlling, or financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, investor reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in startups or in the Ad-Tech industry is a plus
