We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our growing Operations team. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about finance, we want to hear from you!
 

About the role:
In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in supporting our finance operations while diving into the world of global finance. Gain invaluable hands-on experience with international payroll (including the US & India), cross-border transactions, and finance regulations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, filing systems, and guides
  • Assisting with audits and liaising with external auditors as required
  • Handling enquiries related to billing, payments, and other financial matters
  • Supporting the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.


What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
