We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a short term basis, providing temporary support within our finance team. The Finance Assistant will work across our three agencies, Octagon, Futures Sport & Entertainment, and No2ndPlace.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will work across:
- Project accounting – job creation, invoicing, WIP reviews, cost reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Support in preparation of management and financial reports
- Other general administrative duties as required e.g. creating purchase orders, expense claims, systems administration
Skills required:
- Strong administration skills
- Analytical thinker
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- A high level of confidentiality
- Good interpersonal and customer-friendly skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Experience with cSAP will be beneficial
- Previous experience in finance system administration
