Role Summary:
AR TTS Operation will oversee the end-to-end TTS processes, ensuring seamless operations, accuracy in financial transactions, and timely reporting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving digitalization and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage TTS operations, including maintaining master data (customer information, product codes, tax codes, etc.).
Create and modify promotion deals in system.
- Perform month-end TTS cycles:
- Consolidate claims.
- Bill TTS invoices to customers.
- Manage advances and revert advances based on trading terms.
- TTS booking and resolution of month-end issues.
- Support CD operations in customer claim processes and TTS promotion workflows.
Calculate and book TTS accruals for promotion schemes.
Compute and record PIT and VAT related to TTS promotions.
Prepare TTS aging accrual and Tax provision reports.
Monitor and manage customer credit control processes.
Drive and implement digitalization and simplification projects.
Provide accurate and reliable information during audits and liaise with internal/external auditors.
Resolve AR-related issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Execute ad-hoc assignments as requested by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in TTS operations or similar financial processes.
Strong knowledge of Tax and Financial reporting.
