We are looking for Finance Analyst who will contribute to drive growth of our local jewels like Freia & Marabou and worldwide known brands such as Oreo, Philadelphia.
The Finance Analyst will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager to maintain finance transactions, data, systems, and reporting.
The primary objective of financial analyst is to ensure supporting financially responsible decision-making, accurate reporting, high-quality planning, compliance with internal and external guidelines and laws. Financial analyst serve as business partner to internal stakeholders at all levels of organization.
Position Accountabilities & Key Deliverables:
- Finance business partnership
- Category & commercial controlling
- Forecasting & budgets submissions
- SOX compliance and internal controls
You will:
- Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions including Annual budget planning, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling.
- Execute ad hoc analyses as requested by the Finance manager and Nordic Finance director.
- Proactively drive a business partnering towards Sales and Marketing.
- Execute financial outlook data collection and coordination for the Nordic region.
- Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.
- Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Support external reporting e.g. SSB.
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers.

Education/Certifications:
University degree - accounting, economics, statistics, finance administration
Job specific requirements:
Intermediate excel skills.
