What You Will Do
Johnson Controls is looking for a Finance Analyst based in Turkey and reports to Credit Control Manager in Dubai.

Manage collections for complex customer accounts through calls, emails, and letters.

Analyze reasons for non-payment, codify issues, and propose solutions.

Register and follow up on customer disputes, process claims, and support cash applications.

Recommend write-offs and escalate uncollected cases.

Prepare and review SOX control reports, update methodologies, and analyze cash management data.
How You Will Do It

Conduct calls and send reminder emails to customers.

Analyze data and work with branches to resolve non-payment issues.

Collaborate with collections teams and managers to update strategies.

Process financial records, follow up on bank transactions, and make tax payments.

Conduct monthly reconciliations and prepare aging reports.
What We Look For

Secondary education degree or relevant professional experience.

3 years in Collections/Customer care/Sales.

Proficiency in MS-Office.

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Customer-oriented, proactive, and flexible attitude.
