We are looking for a Mid Level Financial Analyst who likes challenges, analyzes and questions of the status quo, is always looking to improve and loves the routine.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage cash flow analysis and operational bank account balances.
• Prepare remittances for international transfers.
• Process and analyze financial data for daily FX closing.
• Ensure accurate management of transferred funds, guaranteeing their arrival abroad.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the Financial Operations team to ensure accuracy in daily transactions.
• Adhere to financial operation schedules and banking deadlines.
• Analyze and secure the best exchange rates.
• Track and report daily transaction amounts.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Support internal teams, as well as internal and external audits.
• Review contracts to ensure proper financial record registration.

Key characteristics:

• Strong attention to detail and concentration.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel.
  

Requirements:

• English: Intermediate to advanced (you will interact with international banks).
• Strong analytical mindset, time management, and performance skills.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
• Clear and assertive communication with teams and leadership.
• Agility in resolving conflicts.
• High level of accuracy and strict attention to detail.
• Availability to work on-call during some Brazilian holidays.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in Spanish.
• Experience with Bloomberg is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and automation tools.
• Proactive, curious, and results-driven mindset.
• Ownership mentality—taking full responsibility for tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changes and take on new responsibilities.
