As an Investment Systems Product Analyst for Quilter Cheviot, you will be a key enabler of our business success, playing a key supporting role for our stakeholders and customers.

You will report to the Technology Product Owner responsible for Investment Systems in Quilter Cheviot and help support the technology that underpins the investment process. 

You will help ensure that technology solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of our business stakeholders, and that they are delivered in a way that drives the greatest possible value and impact. 

You will help integrate technology solutions from the technology delivery and change portfolios and work with the stakeholders across the business for the delivery of investment technology solutions and services, aligned to the Quilter technology strategy, policies, and standards to meet current and future requirements.

As a Product Analyst in the QC Investment Systems support team you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise for Investment Management systems such as Figaro, Portfolio Review and BITA Risk to ensure that the solutions operate effectively.

The role is responsible for supporting and configuring system functionality and/or trouble shooting, system analysis, supporting and providing system design, assisting with user-testing and documenting business processes / procedures in partnership with Quilter Cheviot.

Successful candidates will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at a senior level.

This role will support the Investment Systems Technology Product Owner in the following key areas:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and to identify and prioritise technology needs and solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and input on investment systems technology matters.
  • This role is a vital support liaison and link between the team and the investment business.
  • Serves as the point of escalation for the Quilter Cheviot business unit for investment system technology operational issues and drives issue resolution.

This role will need to be comfortable navigating complex environments, using an analytical approach to identify issues, develop solutions and drive continuous improvement.  

This role requires someone with exceptional interpersonal skills with the aptitude to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers.  This will require the ability to influence and persuade others while maintaining the consistent delivery of results and drive of change across teams and with stakeholders.  

There is a requirement for high energy, drive, and resilience to maintain focus on delivery in a fast-paced changing environment.  You will need to demonstrate credibility, professionalism and strong personal integrity and role model the Quilter values – Pioneering, Dependable, Stronger Together. 

This role will be best suited to those with deep subject matter expertise, both business and technology. You will need a strong technology background in wealth management systems.

Excellent stakeholder management skills demonstrating the ability to translate technical and complex challenges into simple, clear updates, issues and/or risks for senior stakeholders. We want someone who can translate highly technical details into a digestible format that can aid decision making.
