Present and market WHT & Strip products and services, with emphasis on priority offerings, to
current and potential clients based on the instructions of WHT & Strip management.
Identify new prospects for prioritized products and follow the Accelerated Customer Acquisition (ACA) process to build the relation to the next generation of customers.
Prepare action plans (incl. Customer Action Plan) according to annual sales and marketing plans.
Set schedules to identify specific customers and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Engage with customers within the frameworks set by the WHT & Strip Management. This includes assisting customers with material selection (with support from technical colleagues as required.)
Provide WHT & Strip Management with good decision material for concluding contracts (prices
and terms of agreements) or other desired outcomes.
Assist in contributing to the annual sales and marketing plans
Identify and assist in resolving customer complaints.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or
feedback gathered through field activity to WHT / Strip Management.
Translating the technical features of our products and service offerings into tangible benefits for the customer. (Value Based Selling and Value Added Services)
