About the job
As a Field Sales Engineer you are the driving force behind innovative water management solutions. You engage directly with customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and offer tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability. Your role is dynamic and impactful, involving market analysis, strategic sales planning, and hands-on customer interactions. By leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen, you help clients achieve their goals while contributing to a greener future.
In the tasks to perform, you will:

Proactive sales based on our installed base potential carrying out visits, marketing activities, promotions focused on customer needs and showing the value-added selling.

Analyze and understand market insights and customers buying behaviors to reflect in the sales plan aligned with the business division strategy and targets.

Generate and manage leads from the market to convert them into significant business opportunities.

Visit, report and close follow up of opportunities, leading to secure the business targets achievement.

Secure service operations orders and to fulfill customer expectations.

Make business growth, responsible of expanding business in existing customer and recover customers with Long term Service Agreements, upgrades, connectivity, repairs, and basic maintenance solutions will be the main Service Offering to sell.
This position is based in Alcobendas, Madrid and has a travel activity within the region.
Who you are
You are a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a genuine curiosity for business development, leveraging market and data analysis to identify new opportunities. With a strong digital mindset and a focus on creating value beyond product sales, you are a challenging and results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, energy, and drive.
What you know
You bring valuable business development experience in industrial areas, coupled with a strong and solid commercial orientation. With at least 2 years of experience in technical sales, you excel in understanding and meeting customer needs. Your knowledge of separation and water treatment processes is highly valuable, and you possess a valid driving license, enabling you to travel and engage with clients effectively. Your expertise and proactive approach make you an essential asset in driving our business forward. And last but not least, you hold a university degree in the areas of Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, and your English is fluent.
